Not a modification, and right click prevention is annoying and useless. However for reference purposes:

I need that hack too ( because i have it in other forum 3.6.8 and i used it but i'm using 3.7.2 right now ) for disable right and disable high lighting text in my forum untill X post .

the old hack 3.6.8 in the Attachment
to help (Coder/Designer) to upgrade it to 3.7.2
by the way i need that hack soo much to protect my posts
