how do I moderate 1st post or do this on new users?
 

I would like a user to be able to register and make a first post, BUT I don't want that post to go live. I would like to moderate the post and user by seeing the quality of the first post, then after I accept the user, he can make unmoderated posts.

How can I do this? I did selected moderate new users in the Options, but this doesn't even allow the user to make a first post. I would like to see the quality of the posts before accepting the user.

You can make a new usergroup, set it to default for new users, and make post moderated, then use promotions once there first post is live they'll be promoted to the registered users and can post as normal.
