What do you feel users should have or what should they earn?

What have you done to movtivate users to post more?

What is considered acceptable or unacceptable Promotions on your boards?

Sample promotional thoughts,

ex1. Should registered users be able to Private Message right away or should they reach a certain number of posts?

ex2. Should a user be able to Edit or even Delete a post?

ex3. Do you let users upload Custom Avatars, Signatures, etc.? Why?
