Security issue/worry ??
 

Has anyone ever come across this site ??

What i can tell is people sign up to your forum and then leave the username and password at the site above so other people can log into your site without having to go through the motions of signing up..

Isnt this a security issue ??

And can ths be changed ??

There are plenty of sites like that out there. How is it a security issue though?

Anyone can log in using the name and password provided..

Hmmm.. perhaps im reading too much into it...

If differnt people are using the same name and password. Is there anyway you can check who has logged in that day.. then you can check all the ip's for that said user..

You can't really change it... I just delete the users that are listed on that site. Typically they have no posts so its not exactly like they're long standing members.

You can request your site to be blocked on bugmenot at http://www.bugmenot.com/report.php
