Place poll in sidebar
 
Man this site is awesome.

Can someone please tell me the code to place a poll in a sidebar box, I do not have vbadvanced.

I want to place a poll in an empty box like I have on the right side of http://www.fitaholic.com/forum

Please tell me what it is? $________
