Hello,

I've had a member on my forum suggest to me about embedding sopcast into the forum, so we can watch live matches when they are on. But i'm not sure exactly how to go about this and if it would use a lot of bandwidth, anyone know if its possible to work? and if it would use a lot of bandwidth?
