IP recording

is there any way that i cn set up vB so it doesnt record IPS at all, either the registration or post IPs. I want my members to be totally anonymous and not even have the mods or admins check thier IPs for existing accounts.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Log IP Addresses

This would however never disable all IP logging/storing. In some cases it will always be logged:
- Registration
- Session tables
