Banner reconstruct

I just upgraded to 3.7.2 and had to revert all templates in order to take advantage of some of the new features including the ad templates.

In doing so I lost my custom banner which was made up of three images a left logo image a right image and a center background image that ties the left and right together to form the page wide banner.

I can't find the code or mod that I used to do that. I thought it was something I found here on VBORg. Anyone got some suggestions?
