Eliminate Minimum Post Length or Including Quote In Post Length
 
Where in the php can I just go in and hard turn this to zero? It used to be that quotes counted towards the post length and that was good. The new vbulletin is not like that. Anyone know where I can find this variable so I can change it for real? OR does anyone know how I can make quotes count again? Thanks!
