Bandwith...

So I just recieved an email from my server host saying my domain was at 80% of the bandwith limit (33559.12 / 40960.00 Megs). What is the best way to go about fixing this issue?

Transfer less is your only solution.

If you've got a graphics heavy skin, reduce your graphics or file sizes.

Or upgrade your hosting to include more bandwidth

What do you mean by transferring less?

if you don't mind, can you check out my site and give me any suggestions you can think of?

I just looked at your site and didn't see anything that stood out to cause that much bandwidth, unless it's the gaming add ons that you have.

I have sites that see 500-700 members a day that only use 40gb in a month.

So you are either uploading or downloading something major to or from your site to cause this or it's the games.

Keep in mind it's also the last day of the month, so if your at 80% then I would say as long as this was a heavy month for users then you will be ok.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my site. I really appreciate it. I didn't even think about the fact that it was the end of the month. Just got the email and started worrying. I've never gotten that message before so I'm assuming it was just a hectic month on the site but we'll see next month I guess.

remember to not fix your situation on the last day of the month but on the last day of the month for YOUR package...

You can test it at *** Link Removed ***. They said they work on bringing back all the subscription features including the hosted test as soon as possible. It's good!

This topic has nothing to do with the bandwidth limits on a connection.
