Using RSS Feeds To Advertise My Forum

Hi

Is there anyway i can put the rss feeds of my forum to good use.

I dont really know much about rss feeds but is there anywhere i can submit them to for more exposure and traffic.

Also if anyone has any other tips they would be very much appreciated.
