new post images

How do I set my forums to show different images when the posts have a new post or its a hot topic?

You can see what I mean here

As you can see, they are still using the generic vbulletin ones, but it looks like they have a new column for the new / hot images.

And also, by the posters name, it has http://www.vietdjclub.com/deezay/images/strela_w.gif

Anyone?
