VB can't generate emailing list for expired paid subscribers!

Hi,

We need to genera an emailing list for our expired paid subscribers, but to our surprise that despite the fact that VB does have quite a few search parameters for sending a mass email, there is simply NO such criteria in VB for expired paid subscribers.

We can view all of the expired paid subscribers, and if we could put these members in a newly created User Group (i.e.: "Expired Paid Subscribers"), we can then generate the emailing list for it. But these are our problems -

1. How to move them to the new "Expired Paid Subscribers" user group at onec?
(there're about 450 of them so far, and it'll be rather time consuming to move them manually one by one...!)

2. How will the future expired paid subscribers be automatically put into the new "Expired Paid Subscribers" user group?

Anyone may know how to do it..?
