posts subscription

it's a SQL Command that i want

i need to set all posted posts subscription values to the no subscription value

so that if any body posts in an old thread it wouldn't send a mail to every one subcriped to this thread

i have just make the default value for the members registration to no subscription value but the already registered users all have the value that immediately mail if some one posts
