Read message before posting new thread
 

Basically what I want to do is before a users posts a new thread in 1 of our Question forums is have a message come up when they click on New Thread that we can customize with links and such to some of our Help Center items so they dont ask a question that has already been answered. Of course it would be sort of a form type and they would need to click on this question has not already been answered, or something along those lines.

I have searched the site for something and cant find an already made hack, but was wondering if anybody knew of one that is already made or I would be able to write it up myself, just need a little help on where to start.
