How many new members do you get daily?

And via what medium do you advertise?

Mine is basically word of mouth and Facebook advertising. I get roughly 1 to 2 new members a day. Been up for 3 months.

Get around 2 to 10 new members a day.

on some of my sites with specific topics, the new registrations are low, because the members filter themselves... but on off-topic sites, you can count 50 to 100 new members each day, with a 75% of them becoming active on long term... but this is really random!

right now we get 15-20 a day :)

I get 0 members a day and have had my site up (technically speaking) since 2005. But then again, I never advertise the board and it's just another one of those general chat type places, so I'm not really surprised.

I'm getting around 40 new members per day of which most are not active.

We get about 120 new users a day. But, many register just to download one show and then they leave. I prune members that haven't been around in six months and that keeps us at about 80,000 members. We do no advertising, it's strickly word of mouth.

We get anywhere from 15 - 30 members a day. But not many of them are active; just leechers :(

Rapscallion 08-06-2008 08:14 AM

Usually between five and ten. I purge inactive accounts (no post count, not logged in for ninety days) every six-to-nine months or so.

None now. At one time we got 10+ but lately things slowed down to a halt.

It's not how many members sign up but how many members sign up and post regularly that really counts.
