Hi, i seen on some forums that when u register u need 1st make a thread 2 see the whole forum what mod is this please?

Haven't seen this mod/plugin but another way is to use the promotion method in the Admincp

You wouldn't need a mod. Create a usergroup, and make it the default for new members. Alter the forum permissions so that only the one forum where they can post threads is visable to them, alter the permissions for the one forum where that usergroup cannot post replies but can post threads. Set the main registered users promotion for post count of 1.
