User ranks not changing/progressing
 

I've had vbulletin since Dec 06, and always had progressive user ranks and titles for my members. Always worked fine.

I had it set up so once they got to 10 posts though they changed to a new usergroup, wasnt set that way to start with and now just deleted the usergroup, all members were reverted back to registered users usergroup. Re-set the ranks up to correspond to registered users, but the rank image doesn't change once they hit the next required post count - but their title does.

Everything is set up how it was apart from the usergroup. Since then i've set up another usergroup and usergroup promotion, but the images still won't progress to the next one once they've got that many posts :(


Any ideas?


Screenshot attached - and yes ive made sure the members are being put in the new usergroup and i've updated the user ranks/titles.

Are your Scheduled Tasks running?
