[HOW TO] Make a custom default avatar.

I would like to know how can I use a custom avatar as a default avatar?
I mean, I want to show my own designed avatar to those who are not using an avatar in their profile.

Is there a way to do this?

Use the search feature in the top right of the page.

(Hint: "Default Avatar" "All Mods" and "Titles Only" ;))
