What Forum Software Is This?

Is that a vbulletin thats heavily modified?

This is not advertising, I am in no way affiliated with the site, I was just googling looking for Supercar pictures and that site came up.

What software is that, I've not seen many things like it.

From the types of URLs, it's not any software I know of, and from a quick search of such things as CSS and script paths and typical URLs, it's likely a custom type of forum specifically used by said site.

Although it could be a very old proprietary forum software called Snitz.

That is heavily modified and *Shudder* themed with a very poorly done theme.
