Pics showing up in Firefox but not in IE

I've put profile pics in my staff page, but I must have done something wrong, because they're showing fine in Firefox, but they are not showing at all in Internet Explorer.Anybody any ideas what might cause this?

Can you give a demo page where this is happening (the link to said page)?

Sure, www.empyron.com/forums/staff.php

It's not showing up on my firefox either. But, looking at the source code, your image tag is not proper. Look at the height and width statements (the size shows, not the height="y" or width="x"). Fix that, and it might be fixed. (Do you allow Guests to see profile pics, cuz I don't see any on the member pages either.)

yeah guests should be able to see them. I see them when viewing the page as a guest in Firefox.

I can see what you're talking about when I view the source code, but not on the actual template, so it's not something I can change., the 75 100 is there I think because the dimensions sets for vbulletin to reduce profile pics to.

This really has be stumped.

Edit: Ok I fixed the size issue, I'm a doughnut and missed it before. Problem still exists though =(

Hmmm, well I'm a bit confused because if I go to the member page for user 1 here: http://www.empyron.com/forums/member.php?u=1 I can see no user profile picture showing up anywhere which is why I asked if guests can see them.

Did you start this forum from scratch or import a 'used' database? I ask cuz I recently lost a harddrive on another site and had to start from scratch with it - install php, mysql, etc - except I did have a backup database. I basically reinstalled vbulletin and then imported the old database (same version of vb) and I had a similar issue with the avatars. I had to rebuild the bitfields (I think that's what it was that 'fixed' it).

Spank, you should read through the thread for the Meet the Staff Page, any member who's name is on that page, must have a profile image uploaded for it to display on that page.

Hasann's new version shows avatar's.

Looks like you edited your's a lot. You may have removed some coding that you shouldn't have.

It seems the images point to blank transparent images to me, possibly because not everyone listed had a profile image or the like...

I have imported my users from myBB, but the profile pics were uploaded afterwards. Where's the option to rebuild the bitfields? It sounds like your closest to what's causing the problem =)

It does look like that, but they do have profile images, I've given all the staff profile pics (2 of them have default nostaffpics)

If you turn debug on in your config.php file, then the option shows up under vbulletin options in your admin cp. You can also do it directly by pointing your browser to: http://www.yoursite.com/admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields
