One of the plugins already attached the global_start hook is faulty.

You could try disabling the plugins, attached to the global_start hook, one by one till you find which is causing the problems.

The execution of plugins does not depend on the style used. (unless specifically coded for this).

You probably did not make a required template edit to make the plugin output show in this thread.

Ask the author of the plugin for a solution.
