i need script like that for my forum when users comes to my forum...

yes it is an adult forum..

if you know where i can find script like that or ju can cook a script for me that would be great

Rename your index.php to index2.php in AdminCP URL settings, rename the actual file, then make your own disclaimer page containing whatever you want, name it index.php, and upload it to your forum root.
