[How?] link to css in extenal page?!

Title says it all really....How can I link to vb css file in extenal pages?!

I have created a vB page with this tut https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62164 and have stuck an iframe within it but want background etc etc the same as vB style no matter which one is choosen

Any help is much apprietiated..
