Associate multiple paypal accounts with subscription manager?

I need to be able to have two paypal accounts associated with my subscription manager. I would think this could be done by just adding another payment type that's identical to the original paypal account, but just change the name of the payment type to Paypal2 or something like that, then put in the second paypal account info... is this possible?
