How to stop hotlinking to a vBulletin shown image?

Hi,
while hotlinking is disabled on my site, it seems that outside sites can still hotlink to images shown by the vBulletin, such as in the below example (an avatar):

http://www....../image.php?u=2&dateline=1146....

How can I stop hotlinking to such images too?

You will need to edit the .htaccess file, to also block "image.php".
