PM on post deletion?

On my forum I've set it so that regular members cant see the deleted posts

This keeps the forum looking clean for them - but quite often we get a "why was my post/thread deleted?" question pop up

What I would like to do is when a post or thread is deleted by an admin/moderator - a PM is automatically sent to the thread/post owner stating the reason why

Is there a mod that already does this?
