Need some feedback

I just want some feedback on my NBA forum. It's been around since the start of January 08 / very late December 07. I wanted to know what I can do to improve my forum. There is team forum skins for each individual team, and I'm trying to implement an Olympics forum to cater sporting fans because I haven't seen a Olympic forum around.

What else can I add to further improve my website?

I would work on your logo a little bit. It is a nice idea, but I think it should be a little more...colorful(?) or vibrant? Not quite sure. You have all the nice color logos for the teams and divisions and then you see the log and it is kind of "blah" by comparison.
