(Navbar) How to make drop down menu showing pop up hover without click it first?
 

vbulletin drop down menu is not useful, not everybody know drop down is a menu list unless they click it first, just old member or people that familiar with vbulletin site that often using vbulletin drop down menu

did someone have already code for this?? or there is a setting for it? why above site can do that
