How too add a date insert in title of thread
 

I would like to add a date insert button such as in the pic below.

As you can see clicking on this drops a small calender down the a user can insert a date in the title.

Is there such a mod

Just search for a calendar script: http://www.google.com/search?q=javas...calendar+popup. Then you will need to create a new table in your mysql database where you will begin to store your users' data.
