How do you group templates together and link them to an xml so you can export a full xml file with all the content filled in?

Same goes for the phrases

At the mo, I have:

Custom Templates >>
INFOTEMPLATES_XXXX
INFOTEMPLATES_xxxxx

etc

And I wanted them under:

Information System Templates >>

Also, I have $vboptions[bbtitle] in a phrase but it won't display the site name on the page.. Why?
