3vBulletin Sites in Admincp

This modification will add to Admincp, some "vBulletin.com , vBulletin.org , vBHackers.com" links.

How to install;

1) Upload the file cpnav_external-sites.xml to your web server via ftp to the (/includes/xml/) directory. This is normally located at (/public_html/forum/includes/xml/).

2) Log-in to your admincp and you should see the new links in the left frame. If not, try to refresh by pressing ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.

Might want to give the xml file a better name, more like cpnav_external-sites.xml
