how to add own header..with logobuton..need ful screen

Please fully explain what you want to do - you don't really explain enough.

i want to put a custom header to my forum..with full size..of forum...

and

i already inserted a logo but its showing full scren in system ..but cant show full length in bigscreen..

You need to have a background image that is repeating. You (currently) just have one image as your header.

actually i got tht skin from 3.6 skins
that had error in header and have lot og errors so reverted..
and i told to that skin owner also..he didnt reply me..
help me

You actually need to have a background image created in the first place. Once you have one, it is fairly easy.
