Pardon me for being a moron? I just need some help..

We're running vB 3.6.10 and I need to find something.

It's PROBABLY right under my nose but I'm just walking over it.

During the registration process, the first thing the new user has to do is accept the user agreement. I never set this setting as I didn't initially install the forums to our webserver. Now, how can I get myself to a place where I can actually edit the information in the agreement that the user must accept before registering?

I'm planning to toss some disclosure information in that agreement along with adding a disclosure page. The page is easy, but for some reason this agreement text has eluded me!

Gah! :)

Thanks ahead of time, and I know; "You're an idiot" I said it for ya. :)

Why are you replying via PM?

Posting replies in the forum will be helpful to others that come along...

Because I like my PM's and don't get much use for them

But yeah, in answer to your question, there is a phrase for this that will let you change the registration text.

Hex, you really did help me out a ton man! Thanks a lot! Hex actually helped me search for the phrase and I edited it to add what was needed. If it wasn't for people like that; no help forum would ever survive. THANKS MAN!!!!!!

I do appreciate it, and you went the extra step to help me out. I'll simply say what we did in an "easy" list.

AdminCP -> Language & Phrases -> Search Phrase

Then, we had to look at the text that was already in the spot that needed edited and found some words to search for.

Entered the search and used the keywords from before and we found it! :D I looked for hours on how to do that LOL! I'm a moron sometimes and like I said before, right underneath my nose.

Thanks for the kind words :)
Glad you got it sorted
