Points system?
 

Hi there,

I'm trying to find a addon which allows users to gain points for certain activities i.e. new threads, posts, refferals, etc

It needs to be very basic and simple and only for generating points...

I am giving away ipods, etc to the members with the most points i.e. First user to reach 1000 points will win an ipod, etc

Can anyone recommend a product that can do this?

Thanks for that, however, i dont want a members area... just the points system... will this work for me?

I just need a system to allow members to take part in a FREE competion, where the winner wins by increasing forum activity... Very basic point system should do the job...

Yes it will work stand-alone, I am just saying that you will also be able to link it into the member area should the need arise.

Do a title search for vBcredits. It's a point system only that awards users points based on the settings you determine and is independent of a store or customization system, but can easily be integrated later if you want one.
