if image is more than certain pixels then it will be clickable and seen of fixed lesser pixels.

How to do this?

If your referring to attachment thumbnails, you can set the thumbnail size in your admincp, then rebuild the thumbnails via the maintanence section.

If you are referring to linked images, you can do a search here for the word resizer and resize linked images to a smaller size.
