Colour in phrases

Is it possible to add colour to part of the text in a phrase without having to change a template?

E.g. Give me your email address (REALLY!) and back to black

I believe HTML can be used in phrases, so you can do it that way.

Try searching google if you need information on how to colour the text using HTML.

Yes you can use regular HTML codes in phrases.
