My forum members keep getting logged out
 
is there a way to stop this from happening? They get logged out and i set the cookie login for 30 minutes.

Can anyone help?

I have seen this on other forums. I believe itt is something with two mods not working right together, but I may be wrong.

First make sure that your members tick the "Remember Me" box when logging in.

If this doesn't solve your problem then please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

Also test logging in with "www" on your domain, and again without "www". Do you get logged out with one but not the other?
