How do I add a link to my navbar? (3.7.2)

How do I add a link to my navbar in version 3.7.2? Please state which template and such I have to edit.

Try:

And add it above or below another similarly formatted link, such as

<if condition="$show['member']">

Or the same for calendar, or today's posts or wherever you want it.
