Extra Profile Options to show on Avatar

I'm looking for a way to have an option when you sign up to my forum that asks you "what stakes you play" (it's a poker site). There should be about 15 different options and then the option the member shows needs to show up on their avatar in the forum.

An example is of this site http://www.pokerforums.org/general-o...rty-poker.html

Can anyone help?

create the option via User Profile Fields Manager

once you complete that you can add it to the postbit via
