Any suitable mod / solution to recommand?
 
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post my questions?

I have quite a number of members who likes to leech on the forum and not giving any contributions. I am just wondering, is there a mod or any solution where I can force them to post?

eg. If the member did not make any postings for 14 days, he will not be able to view the first post of all the threads in a particular forum.

Thanks in advance for any solutions provided. :)
