users cant copy and paste

i can copy and paste images to the forum threads but regualur users cant..why not?

They will most likely have to use the WYSIWYG editor, by clicking the two "A"s in the top right corner.

clickingthe two A's doesnt work...its weird because i "the admin" can do it but others cant
