'Name' links dont work

When I click someones name in a thread it doesn't do anything. I thought it was suppose to go to the persons profile. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I would like to click the persons name and go to their profile.

Here? You don't get the drop down?

No, on my forums. Like on this site when I click your name in this thread it takes me to your profile, on mine it doesnt. I click the persons name and it doesn't do anything. Anything I can do to fix that?

Did you edit your postbit or postbit_legacy Templates, manually, or have you installed a mod that alters your postbit or postbit_legacy Templates?

To troubleshoot this, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

Yes I have. I added rank images and it stopped working afterwards. I've removed the images but the links still dont work.

Anyone know. I also added nation flags to the postbit. Why would that make the link to the profiles stop working?

It what you added to alter your postbit or postbit_legacy Templates was a product that you uploaded, simply disable one at a time.
Disable the first one, then check to see if your drop down works. If it doesnt, then disable the next.
If you find that what you added to alter your postbit or postbit_legacy Templates, you will
need to contact the maker of that mod to report the bug.

Marco has posted instructions on how to begin debugging. Follow them, it will at least tell you where your issue is, instead of blind stabs at a solution.

The only thing I had were the nation flags. Were a member can select the country he/she lives in in the usercp and a flag would appear under the post count. I reset the postbit templete back to the original and it still doesnt work. Any ideas?

Ok I made a new style and it works now. So it works with a test style but not with my normal style.

Another thing I just noticed that in internet explorer both styles have the thread titles 'centered'. For example when I click a thread all the thread titles are there are going down the center, its doesnt do that in firefox. With firefox they are left aligned which they should be. Now this problem too. My head is going to explode.....

If that is the only modification you have dont to the postbit or postbit_legacy Templates.
I would revert them.
