WHAT THE HECK? Can somebody help me here...
 

I have my active members set at 24 hours....

but about twice a day, I log into my site and the active members gets deleted...

I'm guessing the cookies get reset? But how? What can I do to correct this...

I'm new to this, so please explain in detail. Thanks in advance

Are you talking about the number of active users that are posted in the stats... ie:
Threads: 56,303, Posts: 900,031, Members: 78,444, Active Members: 25,227

That number is getting reset to 0 twice a day?

It may be the result of some plugin you have installed. Which have you installed and have you read all the threads for those plugins to see if anyone else has had the same problem?

change the setting to 24 hours and not at 12:00 :)

Yes.... thatst exactly what i'm talking about....

It happens at just random times... I'm thinking it might have something do to with my SQL? server through my host.

How do I fix this... when you close out of the webpage, and open internet explorer back up, you always have to log back in. On other boards I belong to, I stay logged in all the time.

(yes, I click the remember me box)

Most likely, either your cookie domain or path is set incorrectly.

Would anybody be able to help me with this? I am not a coding or vbulletin expert by any means... could really use some help here.

Set the cookie domain to ".yourdomain.com", and the path to "/". These are found within the Admin CP under vBulletin Options.
