Forum Description template

In which template do I find the "Forum Description" code that appears on top of a forum?

I would like to edit this to suit my needs.

Try FORUMDISPLAY

(Else: AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > General Settings > Enable template Names, then you can check the source of the page)
