Cant edit usergroup? :|:|:|

Whenever I edit an usergroup and click Update, the setting will be saved into a new usergroup (that has the same name with the one I edited - Usergroup has been duplicated :|:|)

So every new settings cant be applied on the members of that usergroup!

What must I do to fix this?

3.7.2

Pls help :confused:

Are you clicking Add New Usergroup or choosing a usergroup from Usergroup Manager and clicking edit.

I remember seeing a similar problem not so long ago, but i don't know what the solution was to this problem. Maybe a search will give you some results.

I choose a usergroup, change serveral settings, then update to save these new settings. But all the new settings have been saved to a new group ( that has the same name as the group I want to edit)

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
