Upload new sub-forums rather than manually enter?

Hi.. I have a bunch of forums and sub-forums to set up on my board.. rather than manually entering them all, I am wondering if there is a way to upload a .csv file or other type of file to create them .. I hate having to sit there and do redundant work by hand if I can just create a spreadsheet and do an upload. Anyone know if there is a way to do this?
