Those hacks exists or no?
 

Hi,

I'm looking for hacks doing the following things

1) Force users to give a rate to the thread, or they can't post their messages (with a phrase telling them something like "you must give a rank or your message can't be accepted"). Of course, the creator of the thread won't have to give rank if he doesn't want.
And permissions to set what forum or sub-forums this hack is active

2) The same hack as "thread stencil" hack...but for posts

does they exists?
