Embedding and PHP include inside a post.

I'd like to know if there's a way for me to do 2 things

First,. I'd like to have a php include inside my post, I'd like for it to display the contents of a .txt file located on my server. Is this possible?

The second,. I use adbrites invideo advertising service,. and I would like to embed the code given to me by adbrite inside posts. I've been scratching my head all night and can't find a way to make that happen. It uses it's own remote FLV player, and provides flash and Java embed information. Can anyone provide me some insight?

You could create a BB code for an iframe that would display the file, or you could create a replacement variable that contained your text.

The postbit template is the template used for displaying posts.
