Automatic keyword to link converter for 3.7?

Does anyone know if there is a mod for 3.7.x that will automatically convert keywords contained in user posts to external links?

Replacement Variables?

I'm not sufficiently expert in vBulletin coding to work out how to actually do this via replacement variables.

Say I wanted all instances of the word "Sheep" to link to "www.sheep.com" what might I set as replacement variable without causing mayhem?

I tried this and my biggest problem was within the thread titles which would become corrupted.

Any ideas anyone?

Search the the modifications for 'geek auto linker' and 'autolinker'

Came across this older thread (still high in search results).

A better, more updated link setup is the 2011 mod from BOP5:

Great free mod, so kudos to BOP5! The older mods were limited when free, or $50+ as pay mods, and were far from bug-free or effective (JS based, for example).

Works on 3.7 and 3.8

So look there instead. :)
